State-of-the-Art Facilities

Simulation labs at Jump replicate every kind of clinical space from the ambulance to the patient care room, intensive care unit, surgical suite and beyond. Each space is fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical devices and technology. Additionally, private viewing areas outside each space allow for facilitator observation that does not obstruct the simulation experience.

 

Skills Lab

Learners in this space utilize training devices that replicate specific pieces of anatomy to practice important technical skills ranging from suturing and wound care to central line placement.

Room Arrangement

The Skills Laboratory is designed to advance medical model training and is equipped with ample lighting, video displays and a proctor station for instruction.

Medical Model Training

The Skills Lab is designed to advance the use of medical model training. Task Trainers aid in clinician preparation for skills as complex as central line placement or as simple as wound care. This space is ideal for surgical residents, medical students, nurses, patient care technicians, respiratory therapists and phlebotomists.

Conference Capabilities

Various lecture rooms with full meeting support services are available for didactic segments, accommodating up to 300 people. Catering and AV needs are available as well.

Our center is conveniently located in Central Illinois, about midway between Chicago and St. Louis. Peoria has an international airport as well as many hotel accommodations nearby to fully support a conference or workshop at our center.
