Medical School & Residencies
Tate Ralph is a simulation engineer with Jump Simulation, a part of OSF Innovation. His background is in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Concentration from Bradley University. He briefly pursued a Ph.D. in Bioengineering with the University of Illinois – Chicago but decided to pursue a career allowing for a more immediate impact in the health care space.
As part of the engineering team, Tate works with surgical care clinicians to translate patient imagery to 3D models for virtual reality, designs and produces devices for medical training, partakes in rapid prototyping of new ideas and works closely with the community on many STEAM initiatives.
