 Open to highly motivated undergraduates who show interest and initiative and who are particularly interested in the design, validation, and fabrication of medical training devices. This program is led by Dr. John Vozenilek, who is the leader of the Jump Simulation program and a Professor of Medicine and Engineering.  We will train a team of students to complete a project using Bio-Design principles and provide students with a highly immersive experience both with Jump and in exploration of the clinical environment.  During the five week course, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Create solutions alongside healthcare experts
  • Explore hardware and software operation and development
  • Contribute to improving healthcare
  • Build a project portfolio
  • Learn technical and soft skills
  • Work in an agile team
  • Work in a professional environment
This course will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 4pm. 

Total cost for the course is $2100 per registrant.
